Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least one year of experience in IT technical documentation
- Experience as a point of contact for international clients
- Experience working with APIs and E-commerce platforms
- At least two years of experience in a B2B environment with a focus on technology systems
- Familiarity with business processes
- Worked on any eCommerce platform
- A bachelor’s degree in business or computer science is preferred
Job Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday
