We are looking to employ an experienced client servicing executive (who holds excellent expertise in US accent – a must) to handle all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing after-sales service, and coordinating with other departments. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working under pressure.
