Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Online Reputation Manager at Cybertron Labs (Pvt) Ltd in Karachi. As an Online Reputation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand’s online reputation. You will develop strategies to monitor and improve our online presence, handle customer feedback and reviews, engage with online communities, manage social media platforms, and implement initiatives to enhance brand perception. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in online reputation management of international and local brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with reputation management tools and techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
Location: KDA SCHEME 1, Karsaz Road.
Timings: 8pm-5am
