They specialize in coffees, baking, and meal provision, and their name is an ode to the art of fermentation. Fermento is a place where customers can choose from a variety of sweet and savory flavors. Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Fermento. The Barista will be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and brewing coffee. Additionally, the Barista will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the café. Qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and coffee varieties
- Food preparation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness of the café
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Certification in culinary arts, hospitality management, or food and beverage management is a plus
