Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager HR & Compliance at Dekalb Trade Voice. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor and health and safety laws, developing and implementing HR & HSE policies, and managing employee benefits and leaves. This position is based on-site in Sialkot.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and Regulatory Compliance
- Expertise in HR Policies and Labor and HSE Laws
- Familiarity with WRAP compliance
- Strong skills in conducting Risk Assessments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
