Job Brief:
Zameen media Pvt. limited is looking for a Learning And Development Specialist in Islamabad office
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Management & IDPs for all team members
- Effective communication with team members, trainers, and management
- Liaison with all stakeholders & Optimizing training processes for efficiency
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and reports on them using HR Analytics
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Developing and delivering training sessions
- Conducting assessments & Exit Interviews
- Allocation of a new resource based on performance database Data Analytics
- Ensure exhibition of organization values & integrity
- Maintain the Monthly departmental report
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: 4 Years of relevant experience
