Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing Collections
- Coordination with banks on a daily basis with respect to CMD
- Notification of overdue invoices of dealers to Exim Bank
- Collection of overdue notified dealers to Exim Bank
- Checking and Processing Sales Branches Monthly Operational Expenses
- Processing Dealers Claims for Full & Final Settlement
- Supervising Branches daily operations
- Verifying Dealer Incentive calculations
- Preparing Accrual Movements of Utilities, Rental, Staff Incentives, Security Staff, Dealers incentives
- Verifying Pricing & Discounts in the System
- Coordinating with Service Team on matters like GRN, Dent & Damaged Cases daily
- Providing support in monthly and yearly closing
- Performing any other assigned duties
This position is based at our head office in Karachi and requires 1 to 2 years of experience. No specific qualification is required.
