Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee daily operations and lead proposal development for potential clients. Responsibilities include resource management, project coordination, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills to craft persuasive proposals showcasing company capabilities.
- Oversee daily operations for efficiency and productivity.
- Manage resources, personnel, and budgets to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely project execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Research market trends for business opportunities.
- Develop, write, and edit proposals and business documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for proposal insights.
- Customize proposals to meet client needs.
- Maintain a database of proposal content and case studies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT industry.
- Honest, trustworthy, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in operations management or project coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Tech trends and best practices is a plus.
