Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at NIK Marketing, you will sell property units, visit clients, understand client requirements, and ensure successful deal closures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understanding clients’ requirements
- Briefing clients about relevant property units
- Providing demonstrations, site visits, and closing deals
- Following up with clients on evolving requirements
- Maintaining good client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1 year of sales experience (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication skills. English proficiency is a plus
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
