Purpose: The person will be responsible for reversals/correction of billing transactions and posting of financial transactions in G/L accounts.
Education: Bachelors preferably Masters.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Finance & Distribution processes.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance.

Safe Area Of Responsibilities:
- Scrutinizing & processing billing related consumer complaints within defined TATs.
- Verifying eligibility of consumers registered in amnesty schemes and processing rebate after proper analysis.
- Verification of documents for reversals shared by business for processing.
- Raise objections and revert cases to business for clearance of objections.
- Review and processing of all settlement cases.
- Preparing monthly reports for submission to all stakeholders.
