Position Summary:
Responsible for being a key point of contact for all sales and operations related aspects for the assigned customer and delivering set objectives.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Deliver business growth plans for the Customer and its stores
- Bring operational efficiencies in the system
- Ensure best in class execution of events and counterparts
- Take category/channel development initiatives
- Daily coordination with store teams on targets, stock ordering, and dispatch status
- Share quality information on stock levels, expiries, pricing, and competition activities
- Responsible for executing Channel Category plans
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned Territory
- Adherence to Company principles and policies
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field
- 1-2 years of sales experience with proven success on KPIs
- Understanding of sales functional areas like Channel & Category Sales Development, Customer relationship, Distribution handling
