Job Description
As a Community Manager at Synage Global, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive interactions and relationships within our online community. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our audience through various digital platforms, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and their feedback is heard and acted upon.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from community members across all social media platforms
- Provide timely and helpful responses to customer queries, concerns, and feedback
- Monitor and report on online reviews and feedback
- Ensure all communications are grammatically error-free and adhere to brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a reputable institute (Preferably with an O/A level background)
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- Fresh graduates with a passion for community engagement are encouraged to apply

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, MON – FRI
