Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: BS or BE in Textile or relevant field
Experience: 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail industry
Job Role:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet demand forecasts while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturing partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout the production process, conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with the inventory management team to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on production status, issues, and resolutions.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
