Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input basic accounting entries. Requires excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Input basic accounting entries into database or accounting software.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.
- Verify data for errors and correct as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate or equivalent diploma.
- Experience in data entry, preferably in finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.
