Qualifications:
- Experience in sterile and cephalosporin production
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
