Job Description
The AM Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operational and administrative activities within the Operational Area. This role involves managing supervisory and functional staff to maintain timely pickups and deliveries, compliance with SOPs, security of operations room, handling of operational disorders, coordination with customer services, sales department, and providing on-the-job training to staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
- 3-4 Years of experience in handling operations matters
