Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Executive located in Lahore District. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing human resources. They will handle day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
- Recruitment
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable
