Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Gather and understand customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough research to identify resources and vendors that align with customer needs.
- Evaluate technical specifications and match them with customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Ensure quotations are competitive while meeting quality standards.
- Engage in price negotiations with vendors to secure the most competitive prices.
- Strive to optimize costs while maintaining product quality.
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding chemical handling equipment.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer queries and concerns.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer inquiries, quotations, and transactions.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
