Role Overview: As our Compliance Manager, you will be a pivotal force in maintaining our company’s compliance with all relevant regulations and standard requirement of employees Job Description and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting audits and assessments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
- Collaborating with various departments to establish compliance protocols across the organization.
- Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and adjusting our compliance framework accordingly.
- Audit the departmental progress to analyze they are meeting the standard requirement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in compliance management or a related role within IT and BPO Industry
- Strong understanding of [specific regulations or standards relevant to the industry]
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
Shift Timings:
· 6:00 PM till 2:00 AM
Location: Gulshan-E-Iqbal Block 13/C near Ashfaq Memorial Hospital opposite Bait-ul-Muqarram Mosque
