Job Description
Masarrat Makeup (MM Makeup) is a Halal Certified cosmetic line that adheres to in-depth Halal standards for ingredients and manufacturing. It offers an expert color palette to enhance individual beauty and add layers of confidence. The products are manufactured in Turkey, conforming to global standards in cosmetic production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and present data on Distributor and Business Associate (BA) performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee maintenance of distribution claims and optimize distribution channels for enhanced productivity.
- Ensure timely submission of Sales Team claims and assist in the onboarding process of Area Sales Officers.
- Compile data for informed business decisions and identify bottlenecks for operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between departments to support cross-functional initiatives and evaluate KPIs for sales performance.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing sales operations, fostering collaboration, and driving data-backed decision-making to achieve organizational goals.
