Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute business plans aligned with strategic categories
- Provide leadership, motivation, and vision to the team
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing for Category development
- Manage budgets & talent pipeline in the Region
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and drive for results
