Responsibilities:
- Permanent Talent Recruitment
- Writing job advertisements for a variety of in-house positions
- Screening applications
- Salary negotiations
- Vetting details and taking up references
- Arranging interviews
- Arranging and evaluating interview tests
- Actively head-hunting people via LinkedIn and other sources
- Participation in interviews
- Administrative tasks around recruitment
- Freelance Talent Recruitment
Actively recruiting freelance vendors:
- Professionals of various services (linguists and other creative language services professionals)
- Building internal database
- Negotiating terms and rates to fit within client budget
- Screening applications and portfolios from potential vendors
- Shortlisting the most suitable suppliers to work on specific projects
- Building a strong relationship with vendors
- Handling queries from vendors and internally
- General administrative tasks (e.g. gathering documents, CVs, etc.)
