Job Description
Assistant Manager CRP will play a pivotal role in optimizing our production capacity to meet demand and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Capacity Requirements Planning strategies aligning with production schedules generated by Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
- Evaluate and analyze production capacity, identifying potential bottlenecks or underutilization of resources.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to optimize workflow and ensure on-time product delivery.
- Monitor and manage workforce capacity, machinery, and workspace utilization.
- Develop contingency plans to address capacity constraints and adapt to changes in demand.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on capacity planning performance, with recommendations for improvement.
