Job Description
Sigma Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant Project Manager to enhance client relationships and drive growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and innovative workplace environment.
Abilities and Skillsets:
- Strong English communication skills
- 4-5 years of project management experience with technical expertise
- Proficiency in team leadership
- Creation of training programs for technical staff
- Effective planning and adherence to project requirements
- Task delegation and progress monitoring
- Defining roles and responsibilities for project teams
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Familiarity with major PHP Frameworks and CMS
- Enthusiastic, independent, and resilient under pressure
Working Hours: Morning Shift from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
Location: Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad
Note: Initial 2-year contract with potential for permanent employment based on performance
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract Length: 24 months
Ability to relocate to Islamabad is mandatory. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years of Project Management and 2 years of Web Development experience.
