Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at UMT, IKL Department. Responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Collaborate with teams to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to UMT’s success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year relevant experience
- Strong business acumen and market trends understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven account management and relationship building experience
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in education industry or higher education sector is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external clients for training nominations and lead generation
- Communicate with internal and external clients of IKL
- Prepare Business Proposals and deliver to relevant parties
- Support new Training Needs from clients for Public & Inhouse Training Programs
- Flexible schedule including weekends and WFH Training Monitoring as needed
