Job Description
Lead and guide the day-to-day work of the DevOps Team (includes Scrum Master responsibilities)
Consult and provide guidance and direction to colleagues when they encounter blockers
Proactively monitor team progress and maturity; engage with team to ensure continuous improvement
Serve as subject matter expert on cloud infrastructure architecture
Take accountability for process and best practices implementation
Automate all manual tasks related to developing and deploying code
Maintain high availability of UAT and production environments
Develop software deployment strategies and identify data storage solutions to optimize performance
Implement real-time documentation and knowledge management
Identify and resolve production issues; improve monitoring tools
Manage continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
