Job Description
• Serve as the primary legal advisor for all IT procurement initiatives, specializing in areas critical to enterprise-level technology agreements, including software licensing, cloud service agreements, and data security.
• Conducting thorough due diligence on potential tech vendors to evaluate compliance with international regulations and standards.
• Leading legal risk management efforts for technology contracts, providing expertise on intellectual property rights, data protection, and privacy issues across various jurisdictions.
• Providing training to internal teams on the legal aspects of technology procurement and the implications of emerging tech trends on contract management.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field(s)
Experience: 7 years of experience in technology contract management within a global corporation, with deep understanding of enterprise-level technology vendor dynamics in Banking or Financial industry
