Job Description
Company Description: Prudential Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, founded in 2011, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, sales, and business development, particularly within the IT or Training Industry.
Responsibilities: Cultivating and nurturing business relationships, driving sales of training solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT or Training Industry marketing, sales, and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Salary Package: 60K – 70K + commission and growth opportunities.
