Job Description
UK Based Law Firm is looking for an expert to handle conveyancing cases in Pakistan back office. Only persons with UK Law experience can apply.
- Property Information Gathering: Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and local authorities to gather property information.
- Drafting Documents: Preparation of contracts, leases, and transfer documents ensuring timely completion.
- Handling Various Transactions: Dealing with lease extensions, transfer of equity, mortgages, and re-mortgages.
Pakistan office located in DHA Phase 1 Lahore. On-site job, prior experience required. Competitive salaries offered.
