Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Veterinary Assistant. The Veterinary Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with animal care, pet care, client education, customer service, and veterinary medicine. The role is located in Okāra, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Animal Care and Pet Care skills
- Client Education and Customer Service skills
- Veterinary Medicine knowledge
- Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and restrain animals
- Knowledge of common veterinary procedures and treatments
- Experience with electronic medical records
