Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Dispatcher at Crystal Resource Services located in Lahore. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatching activities, communicating with drivers and clients, tracking and monitoring deliveries, and ensuring timely and efficient service. The role also requires maintaining records, resolving any issues or complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
