Qualifications
- Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
- Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Engineering sales and marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
