Job Description
Job Title: Payroll & Compliance Officer
Location: Hub Industrial Trading Estate, Baluchistan, Pakistan
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing company/factory payroll and 3rd party Staff/Contractor payroll.
- Experience in compliance-related functions preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll process for employees and contractors.
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Stay updated on labor laws and tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to improve processes.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews.
Salary Budget:
- 55,00.00 per month.
- Pick & Drop facility provided.
- Lunch, PF, Medical & Bonus provided.
