Role Description
Rozi Academy is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager for its on-site office located in Rawalpindi. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing staff; maintaining personnel records; ensuring compliance with labor laws; developing and implementing HR policies; and providing advice and support to management and staff relating to HR issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and management abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in HR management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certification in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
- 2-3 yrs of experience
This is an onsite job;
Timings: 5pm-1am
Salary: 50,00-60,00
