Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Rewards Trainee at Getz Pharma, you will be part of the HR team, contributing to the design and execution of reward and recognition policies. You will collaborate with the Reward Manager on various initiatives, including policy reviews, benefit management, and data analysis. Prior experience in rewards or HR analytics is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing Annual Increment proposals and employee benefits policies.
- Review and update existing policies promptly.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, analyze data, and report on budget variances.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health and life insurance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance compensation and benefits structures.
- Provide employee support on benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
- Manage operational transactions in the rewards function efficiently.
Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Business Administration degree (BBA/MBA) with strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Proactive individual with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
