Job Description
We are looking for an innovative Civil/Architecture/Electrical Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects of the physically and naturally built environment from conception through to completion. You will have a say in how the world looks like, work in a fast-growing dynamic industry, contribute towards healthy economies, and make a lasting positive impact on society.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to procure data related to acquisition or construction and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze construction cost ledgers, estimate unit costs, and write reports supporting findings.
- Perform takeoffs utilizing blueprints and understand real estate appraisal valuation methodology.
- Communicate effectively with clients and possess familiarity with construction design and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, construction management, or relevant field required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
