Job Description
Location: Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Multan
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical service support for the sales team.
- Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
- Analyze data to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product problems to other departments promptly.
- Travel for on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
- Attend industry conferences and events.
- Handle other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Background in science, preferably in electricity & electrical engineering.
- Three or more years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong pressure resistance.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
