Position: Shipping officer
Grade: 12
Reporting to: Senior Manager Warehouse and Logistics
Department: Distribution
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division -EPD
Location: Landhi Plant – Karachi
Job Summary:
Provide support for managing transportation activities, managing information from origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging services as necessary.
Major Responsibilities:
- Shipping arrangement of internal and external orders
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to customers
- Manage exports and temperature records
- Coordinate shipments and maintain records
- Maintain stock shipment KPIs
- Oversee good housekeeping & EHS related matters
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
- Graduate, preferably MBA
- 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Pharma or similar
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
