Job Description
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is hiring a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Officer Administration in Islamabad. The candidate will be responsible for various administrative functions, procurement, and public relations, specifically dealing with Government organizations and Financial Institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and building security.
- Handle procurement and public relations tasks.
- Support attaché offices in Peshawar, Abbottabad, and Mirpur.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Administrative Sciences, MBA/MPA, or BS/BBA.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in administration, procurement, and public relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The position offers competitive remuneration and a professional work environment. Applicants need to undergo ICAP’s selection process. The retirement age at ICAP is 60 years.
