Job Description
Lead generation specialists in Creative Chaos are responsible for generating new business leads that will eventually become clients or customers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential client’s needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Maintaining contact with leads and prospects through various communication methods
- Providing information about company products and services to potential clients
- Coordinating with other departments for high-quality client service
- Conducting market research for growth opportunities
- Listening to customer needs and offering relevant solutions
- Identifying new business opportunities and setting up appointments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in establishing strong business relationships with clients
