Job Description
Inbox Business Technologies, a leading IT company, is looking for a Technical Support Officer. Responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and handling escalations. Ideal candidates should have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, LAN/Wi-Fi
- Remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- Root cause analysis of IT issues
- Task management and Customer handling
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or Graduation
- 2-3 years of experience
- Effective English communication skills
