4- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

5- Ability to run paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms to generate the best ROI.

6- Manage and oversee social media content.

7- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.

8- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns.

9- Stay updated with social media tools, trends, and best practices.

10- Track and report on key social media metrics and provide optimization recommendations.

11- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous 6 months – 1 year experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and photo/video editing tools is desirable
