Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for oncology-related products.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancement or development.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of oncologists, healthcare providers, and patients.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in oncology treatments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new oncology products or improve existing ones.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and through ongoing iterations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of oncology treatments, protocols, and clinical workflows.
- Create educational materials and training programs to support product adoption and usage.
- Provide sales teams with product training, marketing collateral, and clinical support.
- Develop and manage budgets for oncology product development.
- Work closely with other departments such as research and development, regulatory affairs.
Qualifications
MBBS | Pharma D | BS Science
