Job Description
The Financial Controller position at Reem Rice is a key role responsible for managing all management, local, and statutory reporting and analysis needs. The incumbent will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders, oversee compliance, audits, and taxation management.
Qualifications:
- CA with 3-4 years of experience in financial control, compliance, and reporting
- Proficiency in SAP Business One, Power BI, analytics, and financial modeling
Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and compliance
- Prepare and present financial statements to management and Board of Directors
- Monitor expenses, provide financial decision-making support, and shareholder updates
- Conduct costing, profitability analysis, and production monitoring
- Ensure internal controls, maintain accounting policies, and coordinate audits
