Job Description
You will be joining Hitachi Energy, based in Lahore, Pakistan, as a Senior Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for People Management in Business Operations, Service Management, and Resource Management.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include Customer Engagement Commercial Management. Your Responsibilities:
- Tendering support (inputs & consolidation)
- Technical review (coordination with technical contributors)
- Service Costing/manhours Input (coordination with technical contributors)
- Supporting account management & customer engagement at all levels
- Maintaining Legacy Projects closeout – all types of countrywide
- External Consortium Engagement – coordination and harmony with foreign counterparts, factories, and Hubs
- Internal Technical Lead Centers Engagement with LPO, Sweden & Switzerland and other lead centers
- Consulting & Ending User Engagement
- Technically Leading for Local Scope
- Customer & Supply Unit coordination – during tendering, execution, and after-sales phase
- Warranty and After Sales Support
- Technical knowledge sharing mainly for automation and system/solutions
- Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity
Your Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language
- Hands-on experience on cost models, internal financial mapping in SAP, ATLAS, and other management tools
