Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Islamabad. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, managing reservations, handling phone calls and emails, and assisting with various administrative tasks. In addition, the Guest Service Agent must maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hotel reservation systems and software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
