Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Biotech Packages Pvt Ltd in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR management tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification is a plus
