Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze interactions on call between our customer service team and clients.
- Identify areas of improvement in communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer service team.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on team performance and customer feedback.
- Investigate the root causes of service issues or escalations.
- Collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Gather, review, and summarize customer feedback and surveys.
- Assist in formulating strategies for enhancing customer experience based on feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within the customer service operations.
- Implement best practices to optimize service delivery.
- Support in designing and delivering training programs for the customer service team.
- Ensure that team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for delivering excellent service.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and performance data.

- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools for identifying trends and insights.
- Demonstrates a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Identifies service challenges and provides effective solutions.
- Effectively communicates findings and recommendations to the customer service team and management.
- Drives process enhancements and efficiencies to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborates effectively with customer service team members and other stakeholders.
- Manages multiple tasks.
Desired:
- International Experience with Customer Handling
- Excellent communication skills required to deal with UK based customers.
Salary:
Starting from 50K commensurate with the experience.
Timings:
1 PM – 9.30 PM OR 2PM – 10.30PM
Mon-Fri (with alternate weekend)

Main Sharah-E-Faisal near Jaffer Street – Karachi
