Job Description
Position: Sr. Executive Systems & NOC Support
Location: Lahore, Punjab
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing & monitoring all installed systems/server machines & associated infrastructure.
- Configuring and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux) application software & system management tool.
- Performing installation of anti-virus solutions, firewalls, VPNs & Cacti operational monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of VOIP protocol such as SIP.
- Maintenance of File and Storage Services, Microsoft Remote Desktop, any-desk etc.
- Systems hardware maintenance, inventory maintenance & IT procurement.
- Basic knowledge of networks.
- Providing network surveillance & 1st level support.
- Preparing and submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports as per operational requirements.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Marketplace visit & vendor dealing.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of windows & Linux based installations & basic maintenance.
- Knowledge of HP Integrated lights-out (iLO).
- Working knowledge of VMware ESXi will be an advantage.
- Database language/Software will be an advantage (SQL, MYSQL).
