Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Room Boys located in Lahore District. The Room Boy will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and neatness of the assigned rooms. They must ensure that each room is properly equipped with necessary amenities and report any damages or issues to the supervisor. Additionally, they should be able to professionally interact with guests, fulfill their requests, and handle laundry requirements.
Qualifications
– Excellent communication skills and fluency in local languages
– Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry roles is preferred
– Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment
– Positive attitude and flexibility to work in different shifts as per the hotel’s needs
– Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor while under pressure in a team-oriented environment
